As my interest with the Royal Australian Air Force as taught me alot of things, I have used the same rank structure as I believe it matches perfect to what I wish to accomplish here.
NONCOMMISSIONED RANKS.

CRITERIA

AC
|
AIRCRAFTSMAN This is the rank most applicants will start out to be. |
There
is no criteria for this is the rank all applicants will start at.

LAC
|
LEADING AIRCRAFTSMAN Must complete at least 5 hours documented training, plus the approval of a CPL or higher rank. |
The
CPL or higher must test to see if the pilot has enough skill in the
art of shaking off trailing aircraft.

|
CPL
|
CORPORAL Must have more than 3 months from the time of joining, plus the approval of a SGT or higher. MAX: 4 per Flight |
Must
be capable of landing without any damage on a multiple runway air facility.
|
|
SGT
|
SERGEANT Must have more than 6 months from the time of joining, plus the approval of a FSGT or higher. MAX: 2 per Flight |
Must
be capable of precision flying, this includes low level attack runs
on buildings and a flight through a hanger.

FSGT
|
FLIGHT SERGEANT Must have the approval of a WOFF or higher. MAX: 1 per Flight |
Must
be capable of hitting a ship with the use of a torpedo, and be capable
of landing on an aircraft carrier.

WARRENT OFFICER Must have at least 9 months of training and personally prove that you are fit to take this role. MAX: 3 |
